“Trainer Communications is a professional and responsive group. They do their utmost to make their clients available and are proactive in their approach. Trainer is selective about their clients and ensures that their specialists are familiar with the company's management and technology before they approach the media. I know that when Trainer Communications calls, they have a client who has interesting technology and a sound business plan.”

Shannon developed an enthusiasm for marketing as a college student and has never looked back.  She applies strong research skills, a willingness to find the best solution, and an open mind to every project she takes on in her position as an Account Coordinator with Trainer Communications.   Before graduating with her marketing degree, Shannon commenced her career as an intern for a Bay-Area based marketing company, RBG Marketing. By leveraging the power of Google, Shannon supported marketing programs for companies including Kelly-Moore Paint. Working with Google AdWords, Shannon learned the power of search engine optimization, the importance of targeted keywords and algorithms, and how to maximize their use to improve the volume of traffic to her clients’ websites.  Shannon’s next internship was with an advertising firm, Wolfe/Doyle Advertising, where she was primarily responsible for maintaining and developing accounts on both the creative and account side. She learned how to coordinate an advertising campaign from the ground up by working on client accounts such as the Dish Network and Voom HD Networks.

Shannon has a Bachelor of Science in Business Marketing from California State University, San Francisco.
